Possible Reasons for a Failed Order Sync in TikTok Shop Connector by SPL
There are situations where TikTok Shop Connector by SPL may fail to sync orders from TikTok Shop to your eCommerce platform. The most common reasons for failure include:
The TikTok products are not linked with the corresponding Shopify products in TikTok Shop Connector by SPL
The ordered product has been deleted from your Shopify Store
Required fields for your Shopify store are missing in TikTok Shop Connector by SPL.
The product is out of stock in TikTok Shop.
Your website has encountered a technical issue.
How to Track Order Sync Failures?
Navigate to the Orders tab in your TikTok Shop Connector by SPL admin panel.
Click on Import and Check the sync status of your TikTok orders to see if they have successfully synced with your eCommerce platform.

If an order fails to sync, the reason for the failure will be displayed.

How to Fix and Retry Order Sync?
Identify and resolve the issue based on the error message.

Once fixed, click Sync to trigger TikTok Shop Connector by SPL to sync your orders again.
