Connect Multiple TikTok Shop Stores with TikTok Shop Connector by SPL

Overview

With TikTok Shop Connector by SPL, you can connect one Shopify store and multiple TikTok Shop stores as sales channels.
You can sync different products, set sync rules for each TikTok Shop store, and manage all orders centrally through Shopify.

Step 1: Connect to TikTok Shop

On the app dashboard, click Connect to TikTok Shop.

Choose your region:
If your TikTok Shop is in the US, select the option United states .

if your TikTok shop belongs to European market then click on Global button

and you will redirect to TikTok Shop authorization page

Choose Shop country and click next

After clicking 'Next,' you will be navigated to the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Click the green button labeled 'Confirm to Install' to confirm the installation.
Click authorize and this will redirect to SPL app
Step 2: Set Up Currency and Region

Ensure your TikTok Shop details match your Shopify Market.
Select the correct Shopify Market from the list.

If you do not find the required market
Click Add Market to create a new market in TikTok Shop.

Set the currency and language to align with your Shopify store.

Step 3: Set Up Product Dimensions and Weight

Ensure all Shopify products have dimensions and weight specified.
If any product lacks these details, the app will use the values entered in this step.
Enter the default dimensions and weight to be applied automatically if needed.

Connect Additional TikTok Shop Stores

Click + Connect More TikTok Shop Stores.

Repeat the connection process for each additional store.

Step 4: Manage Connected Stores

Go to the Connected Stores section in the SPL admin to view/manage all TikTok Shop stores.

You can also view all your connected stores using the Store Name Dropdown Menu on the Dashboard for easy access and switching.
