✉️ Customizing Email Templates in Shortly

The Email Templates tab in Shortly allows you to personalize and automate emails sent to influencers for invites and email verification (OTP).

📩 Invite Influencer Email

This email is used to invite influencers to join your affiliate program.

- Toggle ON the "Invite Influencer Email Template" to activate.
- Currently supports default content (customization options coming soon).





You can personalize the message using the following variables:

Variable	Description
{{influencer_name}}	Displays the influencer’s name
{{brand_name}}	Displays your store or brand name
{{commission}}	Shows the affiliate commission rate
{{link}}	Inserts the affiliate registration link

🔐 OTP Email (Email Verification)

Shortly sends this email when an influencer registers, using a One-Time Password (OTP) to verify their identity.

✍️ Customize the OTP Email

Toggle the OTP Email Template to enable editing.
Use the Subject and Content fields to modify the message.
Click Update to save changes.

🔧 Available Variables

You can insert dynamic content using the following variables:

Variable	Description
{{influencer_name}}	Displays the influencer’s name
{{brand_name}}	Displays your store/brand name
{{otp_code}}	Displays the unique OTP for the influencer

✅ Best Practices: Keep your content clear and concise.
Always include {{ otp_code }} for OTP emails.
Avoid spammy wording to ensure delivery success.
