Permitted Items:

Non-perishable: Snacks, cereals, pasta, spreads, oils, and vinegar
Perishable: Meat, seafood, dairy, frozen food, ready meals

Food Business Operator (FBO) registration

How to Apply for Invite-Only Access

To become an invite-only seller, follow these steps (desktop only):

Navigate to Profile Image -> My Account -> Account Settings on TikTok Shop.


Click on "Qualification Center"

Select "Category Qualification."

Click ""Add category Authorization"


Choose the applicable categories.


Upload the required documents.

Submit your application (you won’t be able to edit while it’s under review).
Once approved, you can list products under the designated category.

How Can I Appeal a Rejection?

If your application gets rejected, check the reason provided and follow the steps to fix and resubmit it.

What Happens If You Violate the Guidelines?

TikTok Shop monitors product listings regularly. Sellers who fail to comply with the invite-only guidelines may face the following actions:

Product listings may be rejected.
Products may be removed from the shop.
