💳 Setup PayPal Integration in Shortly

Merchants can connect their PayPal accounts to Shortly in order to send affiliate payouts directly from within the app.

🔐 How to Connect PayPal

To enable automated payouts to affiliates, you need to connect your PayPal account using Client ID and Client Secret.

🔧 Step-by-step Setup:

Click the Visit PayPal button to log in and access your app credentials.



Go to your PayPal Developer Dashboard → https://developer.paypal.com
Create a new Live App (or use an existing one).
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from PayPal.
Paste them into the respective fields in Shortly.
Click Save.

🚀 Enable Auto Payouts (Optional)

Shortly can process payouts automatically for you.

To enable:
Toggle the Manage Auto Payouts switch.
Make sure your Client ID and Secret are saved beforehand.
Once enabled, approved commissions will be sent directly to affiliate PayPal accounts.

⚠️ Note: Ensure that affiliates have added their PayPal email addresses to receive payments.
